A few notable changes for 2026:
- The Spanish Grand Prix moves to Madrid, while Barcelona remains on the calendar earlier in the season under a different race title.
- Bahrain and Saudi Arabia were removed from the championship calendar.
- There are six Sprint weekends in 2026: China, Miami, Great Britain, Netherlands, Singapore, and Brazil.
